Audition Notice

Love Me Not GraphicLove. The soft, gooey element of the world. It inspires us. It fills us. It drives us…insane. From the horrid Public Displays of Affection you are forced to witness on public transport, to the endless parade of commitment ceremonies and “in a relationship” Facebook updates – we are desperately seeking an alternative view.

Join Western Arts Theatre Inc. in its upcoming cabaret: Love Me Not, WAT aims to spotlight the unrequited, the underexplored, the over explored. Leave your unbroken hearts, your power ballads of devotion and “I just met the one of my dreams” songs at home.  Give us the bitterness, the anger and carnality that love reveals in us all.

Showcasing musicals such as Chicago, Chess, Into The Woods, The Wedding Singer and more, WAT welcomes an all-inclusive production – featuring a variety of cast, simplified set and a 3-piece band. Western Arts Theatre Inc values mentorship, and invites performers of all skill levels to audition.
